A agent will send you all the relevant paperwork in a client pack, once you have submitted the requested paperwork and the authority to act in your behalf, A  claim will be submitted  to the relevant authority group.  You will be updated the whole way through the process

we work on a ”no claim no fee” basis. If we haven’t been able to securely access your lost money, you won’t need to pay anything. We are confident this doesn’t happen often. Exact fee depends on the type and complexity of the claim. Fees will be set out in your client pack. 

GEDDA Refund is a professional refund/claims. Service (not a law firm). We provide administrative support and claims management. Some claims will need to have stat decs and signed proof of ownership paperwork witnessed by a certified official this will be provided in you client pack.
